I have been using iCal a ton lately, It really helps us keep track of our current projects and upcoming meetings and events. With the onset of the new iCloud from Apple, it makes it easy to have your calendar with you everywhere you go. All i have to do is make an appointment on my desktop and it automatically syncs to my iPad and iPhone.
